How Economy Radar works

Primary-source collection

We monitor structured records and first-party disclosures from securities regulators, procurement systems, agencies, companies, launch providers, competition authorities, and rulemaking systems. Each usable item keeps a stable link, the source organization, the document identity, and when we checked it. A government or company homepage alone is not treated as evidence of a specific claim.

State, not isolated headlines

Records accumulate into explicit states such as announced, awarded, obligated, filed, scheduled, delayed, authorized, or closed. Later records may match, conflict with, or supersede earlier ones. Unknown values remain unknown and are never silently converted to zero.

Evidence labels

• Reported: directly stated in a primary or first-party record.
• Calculated: derived from named inputs with the method and units preserved.
• Estimated: a bounded estimate, visibly labeled.
• Inferred: reasoned from context rather than stated directly.
• Unknown: not supported by the available evidence.

Selection and personalization

We first assemble one source-linked weekly issue. The interests a reader saves determine which qualified items appear first. If those interests are quiet and the reader has chosen market-wide fallback, the email clearly separates matching items from important changes across the market. Personalization never creates a private claim, forecast, or recommendation.

AI use and accountable editing

Most collection, comparison, ranking, and formatting follows repeatable rules. AI may help classify evidence or turn it into plain language, but the cited record—not an AI response—must support every number and consequential statement. J.S. Nova is the accountable editor. Financial-content boundary

Awards are not treated as revenue, backlog is not treated as cash, financing announcements are not treated as closed transactions, and launch intent is not treated as manifested demand. We do not publish price targets, buy/sell language, portfolio allocations, or claims based on material nonpublic information.

Corrections, privacy, and coverage

Every record keeps a source trail and revision identity so a correction can supersede the affected state without erasing history. Email addresses, consent, follows, timezone, delivery preferences, and unsubscribe history stay in the mailing system; the intelligence engine does not receive subscriber email addresses. Subjects we can monitor reliably are selectable. Others appear under Coverage coming until their source coverage is dependable.
