What the maintained universe includes
Coverage describes what we can maintain from public evidence. It is not a rating of a company, market, or mission.

Current company roster
The maintained route roster contains 15 company entities: 11 structured, 2 monitored, and 2 exploratory. A monitored or exploratory page does not imply continuous financial or operating coverage.
Tracker scope
The launch tracker set is Contract Lifecycle and Launch Demand & Realized Cadence. Financial, funding and M&A, constellation, and regulation trackers are not presented as maintained live products until their source depth, history, freshness, and monitoring qualify.
Absence is not a finding
Not covered never means no activity. Quiet means no qualifying change was observed in the stated window. Unknown, stale, failed, and limited are separate states and are labeled separately.
